Booking and Stay Conditions
Our accommodations are designed to offer a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We only ask that guests respect a few simple rules.
House Rules
- Apartments: NO SMOKING
- Pets Not Allowed
- No hosting of people not included in the booking
- Separate waste disposal required
- Quiet hours:
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (night)
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (siesta)
Booking and Payments
- At the time of booking, 20% of the total amount is required as a non-refundable deposit, payable by:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (ugenta@gmail.com)
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, within the legal limits.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation until 23:59, 60 days before check-in
- From 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained
- Da 29 giorni prima dell’arrivo alla data del checkin: penale 100% della caparra versata
- Early departure: 100% of the total stay cost
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (to be arranged via WhatsApp)
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Arrival time must be communicated at least 3 days in advance
- Late check-in
- 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM → € 30
- After 12:00 AM → €50
- Subject to availability, with a fee proportional to the stay
Included Utilities
The rate covers:
- Accommodation
- Final cleaning
- Internet access
- One-time provision of bed and bath linen
- Water and gas
- Up to 5 kWh of electricity per day
Additional Consumption
- Electricity beyond the included limit: €0.50 per kWh, payable at the end of the stay.
Cleaning and Responsibility
- The kitchen and barbecue must be left clean.
- Waste must be disposed of properly (bins and collection schedules are provided at each property
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in a penalty of up to €100.
Security Deposit
- Security deposit required upon arrival: €200
- Payable in cash.
- It will be refunded upon key return, after inspection of the accommodation.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on-site.
Tortolì
- €1.50 per adult per night for the first 6 nights of stay
- Exemptions:
- children under 16
- severely disabled guests and one accompanying person
Cagliari
- €1.50 per adult per night for the first 5 nights of stayi di permanenza
- Exemptions:
- children under 12
- guests over 70
- severely disabled guests and one accompanying person
